TinyRelay 1.2 moves release notifications out of the core and into plugins. The same structured update can now become a static page, an email body, or any webhook payload.

The release also adds commit-cleanup rules. It does not use AI to rewrite every line; it removes meaningless prefixes, merges duplicates, and keeps links to the original commits.
There are no breaking changes. Existing projects can update in place, and the community plugin guide will follow next week.
